After 12th, one of the option is to enroll for Bachelor of Management Studies - BMS. 

Students from any stream whether Science, Commerce or Arts can apply for. Percentage to apply differs from College to College.

It's a management course for undergraduates.

It is one of the good course to take.

It offers a good knowledge about many of the subjects covered in MBA's syllabus. This also means that if you wish for an MBA then BMS would be better course to take up.

Also, BMS too offers specialization in Retail, Finance, Marketing and few more.

You can say that it's is a mini MBA program.

BMS today offers job opportunities too. One can take up a Job into HR, Sales and even in finance.

It is a three years program having 6 semesters.

Covering subjects like HRM, Portfolio, Managerial Accounts, Economics and many more. 

There would be University papers in 5th & 6th Semester. A 100 marks paper having 80 marks written and 20 marks internal examination.

Also, students are taken to Industrial Visits. Thus offering practical understanding too.

All you need to ensure that you apply in a good College allowing you to choose specialization and boarding you to industrial visits. 

Students also needs to invest their hardwork as there will be power point presentations, assignments, projects, group discussions and other methods of learning. There would also be Black Book submission and Vivae on it.

The course grooms in a way that would be an aid to your career.
